Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Inside of the ICE O-Matic machine was not maintained in a sanitary condition. Lack of washing and sanitizing of ice machines has been on the last inspection. Discard ice product in this machine and have it properly washed and sanitized. Ensure ice machines are routinely washed and sanitized.

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection.
All cooler units less than 4C and equipped with thermometers.
Walk-in freezer at -18C.
High temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse temperature of 76C at plate level.
All hot foods were kept at a temperature of 60C or above.
Hand washing stations satisfactory.
Quatz dispenser at 200ppm
3 compartment sink satisfactory
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
No pest activity noted.
