Baseboards have been installed. Grouting/caulking for one more section to be completed.
Shelving has been installed above triple-sinks for drying dishes. Ok - ensure water does not pool on shelves.
Additional racks have been installed as well.
Each cooler & freezer now equipped with its own separate thermometer.
Hot-holding unit equipped with thermometer.
Chemical storage cabinet available by mop sink (in washroom) fully enclosed. No storage of food supplies.
Permit fee of $12.50 and $150 (for next fiscal year) to be paid by credit card.
