Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Quats solution in the spray bottle was at 200 ppm
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests.
Ensure that the dishwasher is used on the sanitizing cycle.
Ensure that a 200 ppm Quats sanitizer solution or bleach is used to sanitize utensils in the 3-compartment sink.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
