Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CLE22H:

- Premade sushi rolls/sushi stored at room temperature with time stamps.
- All handwash stations supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap in properly labeled dispensers, and paper towels in dispensers.
- Hand soap dispenser at the far left handwash station (facing kitchen, near the entrance of the kitchen) has been mounted on the wall and in working order.
- Operating Permit has been ordered. Please post the Operating Permit in a conspicuous area once received.
- Group FOODSAFE course is scheduled for staff. Print and keep copies of all FOODSAFE certificates on site for review by the health inspector.
