observed new pan liners in use as staff loading baking pans for baking. liners to be used in a single use manner. storage drawers cleaned and re-organized, clean food utensils stored separately outside of drawers used for food or personal items. Required cleaning completed, no new mouse droppings observed. Premise sanitation to be maintained on a daily basis. Reviewed handwashing and safe glove use practices. Cleaning or reusing soiled gloves not observed.
