Observation: Flooring in main food prep area (where the customer bar counter is) is not smooth anymore and has degraded. Discussed with owner who has mentioned either re-painting the entire floor or placing vinyl or other flooring materials on top.
Corrective Action(s): Floor must be smooth and easy to clean per the approved plans, ensure to have flooring repaired by next inpsection.
