Coolers were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at or above 71 degrees C (78.9 degrees C) at the plate.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the buckets with wiping cloths.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Person in charge on shift was certified in an equivalent course to FOODSAFE Level 1: Canadian Restaurant and Food Services Association -National Food Safety Training Program (expiration date in 2023).
