Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed cooked ready-to-eat products in the hot holding unit below 60C:
3x medium size inserts of cooked pork
1x medium size inserts of cooked beef
1x medium size inserts of cooked chicken
1x medium size inserts of cooked tofu

Internal temperature of above mentioned foods ranged from 43-57C. Food kept at this temperature for unknown amount of time.
Manager discarded temperature abused foods as per their food safety plan.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer was not available at the time of inspection. The manager prepared 100 ppm bleach sanitizer at this time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand soap was not available at the front line hand washing station. Hand soap replenished at this time.

Observation: Dried food debris (mainly noodles) observed under the stainless steel work station next to the up-right freezer and under the small sandwich cooler behind the cashier.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the food debris described in the observation section. Correct this by: Dec 17, 2021.

Observation: 3 staffs on site but no one has FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 75C at the plate level.
Freezer measured at -23 C.
Coolers measured at 4C or less. Note: Drink cooler behind the cashier was measured at 9.6C; however, no potentially hazardous foods stored in it.
Boba pearl hot hold at 60C.
Spring roll hot hold at 76C.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
No sign of recent pest activity at the time of inspection.
Foods are well covered and labelled. General food storage is adequate.
Kitchen hood cleaning past due (Sept 16, 2021). Arrange professional hood cleaning as soon as possible.
