Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Standup cooler in laundry room has air temperature of 8.1C.
Corrective Action(s): Service this cooler immediately or consider replacing the entire unit. All coolers on site must be capable of maintaing an air temperature of 4C or colder at all times.

Discussed with staff on site, until service or replacement of this cooler, do not store perishable food items inside. This includes fruits and vegetables that have been processed (eg. chopped greeans, cut vegetables). Only WHOLE and UNCUT fruits and vegetables may be stored in this cooler.

Update the undersigned with timeline of service or replacement no later than September 6, 2022. Once timeline is completed, contact FHA for follow-up inspection immediately.
