Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Third sink of dishwashing sinks was used for sanitizing had no detectable level of sanitizer. Sanitizer bottle was found empty
Corrective Action(s): Bottle was swapped out during inspection. Ensure this is checked daily to maintain a consistent level of sanitizer in dispenser at all times.

√ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
√ Quats sanitizer available at 200ppm in labelled spray bottles
√ Three compartment sink stocked with dish soap, hot and cold running water
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ General sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory
√ No signs of pest infestation noted, pest control now in every two weeks.
