Expired food items could cause people to become ill when they consume them. Corrective Action(s): Immediately remove these items for sale and discard them. Check the expiration and best before dates on all products every day. During the inspection, the owner discarded the food products. Violation Score: 5

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers were -20C or colder; and thermometers present. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks and platforms. Non-foods stored separately from food items. - General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. - COVID-19 measures in place, such as: masks worn by staff; signs posted on door; hand sanitizer available to staff and patrons; and max capacity set. - Inspection results discussed with owner, no signature obtained due to the pandemic.
