Double-door freezer now operating at adequate temperature
Walk-in cooler at </=4 C
Clarified shelf life of products. Chicken is half-cooked, cooled on shallow metal pans for ~30 mins before placing into cooler. Cooling timeframe: 60C to 20C within 2 hours and 20c to 4C within 4 hours.
