Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mini black fridge at front kitchen is measured at 9.3oC air temperature. Food internal temperatures are measured to be 7.3oC (raw shrimp) and 9.2oC (meat mixture). No temperature log is maintained.
Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at 4oC or less in coolers. Foods discarded. Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in cooler until it is fixed/replaced.

Observation: A dead baby mouse is noted in one of the glueboards. Pest control company is hired by building, and operator does not appear to know how often and when they come.
Corrective Action(s): Actively discuss issues with pest control company, as this facility is operated by the operator not the building manager.
