Follow-up inspection conducted: - New handwashing station installed for the front servery, adequately supplied with liquid soap, hot/cold running water and paper towels. - BBQ meats stored above 60'C. Thermometer placed in hot-holding unit. - Kitchen/walk-in cooler cleaned and reorganized. Food storage practice satisfactory throughout. - Floorplan for BBQ meats submitted and reviewed.
