2. Replace container with a container suitable for a kitchen

Discussed holding temperatures - potentially hazardous foods (i.e meat, cooked noodles, etc.) cannot be left out at room temperature for 2 hours or more. otherwise, they must be discarded. To avoid this, take out small portions that can be used up within 30 minutes - 1 hour.
