- Coolers (walk-in, prep) at < or = 4C
- Stand-up freezer at < or = -18C
- Pizza warmer at > or = 60C
- Two compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing
- Bleach is available. Operator prepared 100 ppm bleach sanitizer during inspection.

*Minor ant activity observed behind the pizza oven and the adjacent table. Clean up food debris and mop floors with warm water and soap. This will remove the chemical trail left by ants and help reduce activity. Inspect walls for cracks and crevices and seal them to prevent further entry of ants.
