Follow up inspection: -No leak was observed in the under-the-counter cooler. Repairs were made according to staff. -Tiles were re-installed near the walk-in-freezer and handsink. -Thermometer was available in the walk-in-freezer. -Operator stated that a technician has assessed the walk-in-freezer and stated that it was at -18 degrees C earlier this morning however has been opened quite a bit recently. -Walk-in-freezer was at -10 degrees C at the time of inspection; ensure walk-in-freezer is maintained at or below -18 degrees C.
