Observation: Long cutting board from the prep cooler was observed to be very filthy, operator claimed that they wash it every three days

Corrective Action(s): Please prepare a chlorine sanitizer with 1/2 teaspoon per litre of water, instruction was provided and chlorine sanitizer was prepared at the time of inspection

Observation: This is a repeated violation
- Facility was observed to have food debris, grime, grease built up on the floor, vent hood, stoves, deep fryer, walls, washroom etc.
- Walk-in cooler observed to have water leakage on the floor
Corrective Action(s): - Please deep clean the facility to maintain in a sanitary condition.
- Please fix the walk-in cooler to prevent water from leaking, meanwhile remove everthing around the area that could potentially get contaminated
- Action will be taken if this violation occured again
