Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer detected in the dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitize dishes manually in a bleach solution as discussed after dishes have been through the dishwasher. When filling out the log sheet ensure that the entry is for the correct date.

Corrective Action(s): Remove grime stuck onto the floor of the walk-in. Remove the spills under the shelving units and clean the floor all the way to the walls. Clean the floor and the walls behind the shelf for the boxes of beverage syrup/concentrate. Clean inside the ice machine.
