Corrective Action(s): Sanitize dishes manually in a bleach solution as discussed after dishes have been through the dishwasher. When filling out the log sheet ensure that the entry is for the correct date. Violation Score: 5

Violation Score: 9 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Some areas need cleaning. Corrective Action(s): Remove grime stuck onto the floor of the walk-in. Remove the spills under the shelving units and clean the floor all the way to the walls. Clean the floor and the walls behind the shelf for the boxes of beverage syrup/concentrate. Clean inside the ice machine. Violation Score: 3 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Dishwasher has no sanitizer. Temperature of refrigeration and hot holding units are satisfactory. Sanitizer detected in bar glass washer. Additional copy of the dishwasher log has been provided. Please photocopy for staff to use. Overall level of sanitation is satisfactory. More attention needed to some areas as noted in the report.
