Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A stack of pizza pans was observed within the hand sink located in the back area, completely obstructing use of the hand washing station. This is a REPEAT violation. Further repeats of this violation may result in enforcement action. Pizza pans removed by staff at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that ALL staff are made aware of the requirement for all hand washing stations to remain unobstructed at all times. This is to ensure they are available for proper hand washing. No items are to be stored within the hand washing sinks as they are designated for hand washing only.

Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B7KUZ3.

Vegetable chopper and slicing equipment in use at time of inspection. Reminder to ensure that equipment is properly disassembled, washed, rinsed, and sanitized following use.
The following remains outstanding:
- Back hand washing station has low water pressure
- Light shield is not in place at light fixture located near walk in cooler entrance
- Food and other debris, including a water bottle and condiment container, observed on the floor under the following equipment: preparation cooler, work table located to the right side of the preparation cooler, central cutting station. Food debris also observed at floor-to-wall junctions in these areas.
Operator contacted via telephone at time of inspection to discuss details of report. Follow up to be conducted on January 11, 2019.
