-Follow-up inspection to February 10, 2020. Public Health Act Correction Order was issued for the sale of foods from an unknown source. Conditions of the Public Health Act Correction Order were being followed at the time of inspection.
-Facility attempted to contact the supplier of the Hand Made Manti and did not receive a reply. Operator stated he believed the food to be from an unapproved source. Since Hand Made Manti is not from an approved source, items on HOLD must be discarded. Facility is only to sell foods from approved sources. Contact the Health Department if you are unsure if foods are from approved sources.
-Handwash station was unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Operator placed signage by the handwash station to instruct staff on proper hand hygiene and maintaining proper supplies at the handwash stations.
-Bleach sanitizer at 200ppm was prepared in sanitizer spray bottle at the time of inspection. Sanitizer spray bottle was labelled "Clorox".
-Meat grinder is now cleaned and sanitized every 2 to 4 hours of continuous use. Instructions have been posted for staff.
-Did not find any additional foods in the facility from unapproved sources at the time inspection.
-One box of meat was still being stored on the floor of the walk-in cooler. Ensure foods are stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination.
-Conditions of the Public Health Act Correction Order issued February 10, 2020 has been satisfied. Public Health Act Correction Order has been rescinded.
