General sanitation is good ~ mice droppings are being cleaned regularly.
There is an ongoing pest problem, Orkin is aware and have put control measures in place.
Make sure all doors all closed when not being used to prevent worsening the severity of the pest issue.
Hand sinks have hot/cold running water and are stocked with paper towels and soap.
3 compartment sink available with bleach used for sanitizing step.
The low temperature dishwasher had 100ppm bleach on plate surface during sanitizing cycle.
Sanitizer spray bottle readily available with 200 ppm Quat.
Cooler temps operating at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezer temps operating at or below -18 degrees C.
FoodSafe Certified staff present at time of inspection.
Chef is working on food safety plan, will email templates and guidelines.
