Comments

The walk in cooler and freezer are not affected by the rodent issues, fresh foods prepared from these sources may be served for lunch. Prior to preparation all stainless food preparation surfaces were sanitized with Quats.
The school staff has agreed to close the kitchen after lunch and commence cleaning.
A follow up inspection is to be completed tomorrow morning prior to the cafe opening for food service.
