Observation: Observed a grocery bag with cinnamon buns stored directly inside. Operator informed that the buns were received in a box and she had taken the buns out to be transferred into invidivual packages but she hasn't had the time to do so. Also observed a box of beverage stored on the floor.
Corrective Action(s): Discussed that food must not be stored in grocery bags directly. If you do not have time to transfer the buns, leave it in the box. Relocate the beverage so they are stored 6 inches off the ground.
