- Walk-in cooler (3c), prep cooler (4c), and BOH upright cooler (2c) measured < 4c
- Walk-in freezer (-20 c), undercounter freezer (-18c) and upright freezer (-18c) measured < -18c
- 3 compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual warewashing
- Sanitizer solution measured 200 ppm QUATS in spray bottles
- General sanitation was satisfactory ; however some cleaning required around cooler door handles
