Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
1. Large bag of peanuts observed stored directly on the floor in the strorage area.
2. Large can observed severely dented and open from the top stored on the wire shelf in the storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Place all food at least 6 inches off the floor at all times. Return damaged cans to the supplier or discard damaged cans to ensure staff are not serving potentially contaminated food. Ensure all food packaging is checked upon receiving to verify good packaging condition prior to storage on site.

Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- 2-door stainless steel freezer at -19'C
- Sandwich preparation cooler measured at 4'C (top inserts and bottom)
- Hot-holding units for rice measured above 60'C
- Temperature logs are maintained - good!
- General sanitation of premise is okay during inspection *Reminder: ensure to deep clean the kitchen floors, mop sink area, behind and around equipment and all hand sink backsplashes frequently (as per approved sanitation plan) to remove food debris and build-up
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 71'C at plate surface
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottles (X2) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- 2-compartment sink available on site with drain plugs
- Ice machine observed in okay sanitary condition *Reminder: ensure to clean and sanitize the ice machine more frequently (as per manufacturer instructions)
- Rice scoop observed stored in ice water - good!
- All food observed covered in coolers
- Raw meats observed stored away from ready-to-eat foods
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Staff washrooms observed in sanitary condition
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
- Health permit posted in a conspicuous location
