Follow-up inspection conducted: -Areas mentioned during the routine inspection cleaned and now in sanitary condition. Ensure to clean these areas on a more regular basis. -Liquid soap pump to be used for the handwash station. OK. NOTE: 20 buckets of yogurt placed by the back entrance door outside. Surface temperature ranging in between 5-10'C. Internal temperature 2-5'C. All moved to walk-in cooler at this time. Staff had advised usually 5 buckets of yogurt are delivered x2 / week, but more had been ordered this time for Rakhi. OK. Ensure all are placed in the walk-in cooler immediately after delivered. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
