Follow-up inspection to report #ZDER-BM8PDT

-Significant improvement in cleaning noted through out facility
-Blue tarp removed from around bulk dry food product in the back
-Damaged food product removed from premises
-Materials cleaned up from under large oven
-Cleaning under bulk dry food sacks done twice a week as bags are decreased before next delivery
-Cleaning under equipment done daily, under standing freezer and behind oven and proofer done weekly

-Pest control has added 5 covered snap traps at high activity areas
-Holes and gaps in ceiling, around piping into walls have been sealed - routine monitoring of these areas are recommend to ensure no new holes/gaps are created.
-Extra sticky traps available for replacement in covered boxes by staff
-Staff check and replace sticky traps twice a week, pest control on-site monthly
*Record all pest activity noted during checks and replacement and share records of activity with pest control
*Recommend making a pest sight/ activity log
*Controlling pests that enter the facility must be monitored and if required additional service may be needed if staff are unable to keep up with control measures
*Improvements noted, continue current actions taken

-Discussed the use of sample tongs by the public and cleaning practices
-Recommend moving towards a staff serve model to control reuse of tongs by public and move away from self serve model.
-Inform FHA with update from COBS Corp.
