[s. 14(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sandwich prep fridge was quite warm; internal temperatures in lower compartment were 10-14 Celsius. Note that gauge reads 2 Celsius; do not use this gauge as a guide. Note also that thermometer in lower compartment was right in front of condenser fan which is not a representative temperature. This thermometer reads 8 Celsius. Place thermometer in a more representative spot. Move all perishables in lower compartment to a working fridge. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 5

Comments

Premise sanitaion is good. Dishwasher reached 74 Celsius at plate level. No signs of pests. Sanitizer was 200 ppm quats. All other fridges were under 4 Celsius. Good organization.
