Observation: Upon arrival of EHO back door was open for air flow. No screen has been installed on back door. Leaving back door open will contribute to pest infestations. Ensure back door remains closed.

Observation: Bar area beverage dispensers not in good sanitary condition. Drain spout requires cleaning as some accumulation of debris has occurred in bottom of holster drain.
Food debris has accumulated in containers storing utensils throughout food preparation areas.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure bar area drain for beverage nozzle is routinely scrubbed.
Ensure Utensil storage bins are cleaned.

Observation: Squeeze bottles are currently being used at staff washroom sink and service station for hand soap pumps. Squeeze bottles for Hand soap pumps are temporary solutions.

Corrective Action(s): Discussed with Manager. New supplier for hand soap will be replacing all soap pumps. Ensure they are of commercial grade.
It is recommended they are wall mount to avoid being misplaced or relocated.

- Raw meat stored away from Ready to Eat food items
- Proper cooling methods observed for previously cooked food items – Small portions of sauces observed cooling in walk-in cooler from today's prep
- First In First out and date stamping methods observed in use
- All food items covered in cooler and freezer units
- Pest proof containers for all dry storage items
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
- Vegetable choppers in good sanitary condition
- Bar area alcohol bottles capped overnight
- Staff Personal items kept separate from kitchen equipment
- FOODSAFE level on or equivalent Certified staff present during inspection


NOTE: Facility employs Hydrogen Peroxide for sanitizing surfaces. EHO unable to test concentration of Sanitizer due to lack of test strips.

NOTE: Facility to change to Ecolab services. Ensure that all hand sinks are adequately supplied with proper soap pumps once the changeover occurs. Ensure Ecolab provides facility with Test Strips for Sanitizer solution
