Very high concentrations of sanitizer increase the risk of chemically contaminating food, which may lead to injury or illness.
Corrective Actions:
Operator diluted sanitizer at time of inspection. Verified at 100-200 ppm chlorine. Ensure food is protected from potential chemical contamination.
