Follow-up Inspection: Stand-up cooler (beside sliding door cooler) maintaining a temperature of 3.9 degrees Celsius at the time of inspection. This cooler can now be used to store all foods, including potentially hazardous foods. Caulking for hand sink in back prep area has been replaced. Floor plan was emailed to the Environmental Health Officer after the routine inspection that took place on August 30, 2021. Reminder to pay the permit fee for April 2021 to March 2022 to the Fraser Health billing department or directly at the Surrey Health Protection office. Operator signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Report will be emailed to Operator.
