Corrective Action(s): Operator to purchase a soaking tray that will allow semi critical nail implements to be fully soaked in the PREempt CS20 solution for 20 minutes. In the mean time fill soaking jar to the top to allow for adequate immersion of semi critical nail implements. Correct immediately. Violation Score: 15

Routine inspection: Sterident dry heat sterilizer is not required to be used after disinfecting semi critical nail implements in PREempt CS20 solution. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Laundry services done onsite. All wax strips and sticks single use. Treatment bed paper liner single use. Pedicure tub disinfected with bleach solution after use. Reminder to circulate a 1000ppm bleach solution for 20 minutes. Dilute 20ml of bleach to 980ml of water. Buffers and files single use. PREempt CS20 solution within expiry and available for use. See above for proper usage. Credo blades single use. Blades discarded into a sharps container. Eyelash extensions done by trained individual.
