Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw animal products such as raw chicken and eggs observed to be stored above ready-to-eat foods in the back area glass cooler. Note: No signs of contamination such as leaks or spills.
Corrective Action(s): Cooler reorganized so that raw animal products were not located above ready-to-eat foods. It was recommended that shelves be labeled and/or staff trained to prevent the practice of storing raw items above ready-to-eat items.

Bleach water sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine.
High temperature dishwasher measured at a maximum of 76 degrees C at the utensil surface (required: at least 71 degrees C at the utensil surface).
No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
Chemicals and staff personal items stored separately from food.
