Handsinks were adequately supplied in the front service area, near the coffee bar, and in the washroom.
Walk-in-cooler was at or below 4 degrees C (actually at 3.5 degrees C at the time of inspection).
Other coolers were at or below 4 degrees C (40 degrees F).
Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C (0 degrees F).
Hot-held food were at or above 60 degrees C (140 degrees F).
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available from the dispenser of the 3-compartment sink and labelled spray bottle in the front area.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
The Assistant Manager had a temporary certificate indicating that they have passed FOODSAFE level 1 on June 2, 2018 to refresh their training. It was mentioned that two other staff members have also recently completed FOODSAFE training and are waiting to receive their FOODSAFE certificates in the mail.
