Follow-up to initial inspection conducted on June 13, 2017.

The following outstanding items have been corrected:
1. Splash guard has been installed at the Hand washing station in food prep area.
2. Stand up cooler is now at 1c. NOTE: If this cooler is to be used as a freezer, it must have temperature of -18c or below.
3. Dry storage area has foods located off the floor. New shelving unit has been installed and foods are at least 6" off floor. Any equipment that is not being used should be removed from premises.
4. Two employees onsite have food safe certification in operators absence. It is recommended that main supervisor onsite obtain foodsafe certification. Foodsafe courses are available online. Information is available at www.foodsafe.ca

The following requires operators attention:
1. Ensure to obtain health approval prior to adding any food items to menu including sweets. New foodsafety plan and sanitation plan will be required for new menu items. Contact Environmental Health Officer for approval(s). Do not start any preparation of new food items until approval has been given.
