Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted.

Facility provides lunch service majority of the time.

Kitchen;
- Domestic cooler at 3 degrees C. Thermometer available.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 77 degrees C at plate level. Temperature for high temperature dishwasher is monitored at the gauge level. Ensure a temperature of at least 82C is achieved at the gauge level.
- 100 chlorine solution available.
- Sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.

Cafeteria:
- Hand washing station available.
- Freezers at -16C
- Temperature records maintained daily for coolers and dishwasher unit.
- Some small amount of old rodent dropping noted in behind the refrigerator and lower shelving. Have the area disinfected with a 100ppm chlorine solution.

Note:
All FOODSAFE Level 1 certification issued prior to July 31, 2013 is expired on July 31, 2018. Ensure all required staff renew their FOODSAFE Level 1 certification and maintain a copy onsite.
