Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel dispenser empty at front hand wash station. Paper towel in upright dispenser was removed from the back and placed at the front hand sink.

Plumbing leak observed at dipper well (This is an outstanding item)
Paper towels observed available at cunstomer/employee washroom but towels are not in a dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Worker on site stated it will be repaired by the end of this week
