Overall, premises maintained in a sanitary manner. - Walk-in cooler is functioning at 4C. Right-side display cooler is at 4C. Left-side display cooler is above 4C containing cakes but operator turned cooler temperature down during inspection. - Freezer unit is functioning. Ensure all cake sheets are covered with food grade material to avoid dust and other contamination - 3 compartment sink being used appropriately - Bleach solution sanitizer spray is on-site. However, operator explains bleach bottle has run out and she will buy a new one immediately - Dry storage is satisfactory and placed in pest proof containers. *Ensure scoops are stored in a sanitary manner* - No signs of pest activity - Fume hood is clean. Service has been scheduled. No signature due to COVID-19
