Observation: Mouse droppings found on all lower shelves in the food storage room. A bag of dog food had chew marks and droppings around it.
A package of paper towels had droppings on it.
Corrective Action(s): Place every food item that is not in a can or a jar in a pest proof container. Do not leave paper products on the bottom shelf. Most food items are in pest proof containers now, however every single item should be kept in a sealed, pest proof container. Continue to remove all of the equipment that is not being used regularly to reduce clutter.

Comments

Pest control invoice reviewed during the inspection. They are coming on site weekly now. Keep the invoices on site for review.
The kitchen has been cleaned. No issues observed there. Ensure that this in maintained.
Ensure that enough pest proof containers are available for storing food.

Follow up inspection in two months.
