304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Mice droppings still seen around bags of flour and around freezers in the back. 4 bags of flour have been chewed and must to be discarded Corrective Action(s): Ensure kitchen is fully cleaned and santized and any food product that has been chewed is dicarded. Purchased plastic containers or bins to protect flour from mice. This has been a requirement from Feb 3, if it is not done today enforcement action will be taken. Violation Score: 9 502 - In operator’s absence, no staff on duty has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent [s. 10(2)] Observation: Staff onsite still does not have Foodsafe Corrective Action(s): One person at all times must have a valid Foodsafe certificate. This must be done by March 1 or enforcement action will be taken. Violation Score: 1

-pest control has been in, rodents have been trapped however they will continue to be a problem if the storage or food is not dealt with immediately. Facility needs to be cleaned each morning BEFORE food prep starts, this is currently not being done.
