Corrective Action(s): Meat slicer is required to be cleaned and sanitized after use. Wiping cloths, used on food contact surfaces are required to be stored in a sanitizer at all times. Too many cloths noted. Limit the amount of cloths stored in prep areas.

Corrective Action(s): Clean and organize facility. All items must be stored in designated areas. Remove all personal items from prep lines/inside refrigeration units below grills. Remove all wiping cloths from inside prep lines.
