- Hand wash sink supplied with hot/cold water, soap, single use paper towel
- Stand up coolers was at 4C
- Chest freezers were less than -18C
- Prep cooler was measured at 6C but only stores non-PHF
- Single use utensils only used.
- Bleach bucket measuring 200ppm present
- Commercial dishwasher being used to clean staff dishware.
