2. Stainless steel mixing bowl observed to be used to scoop tim bits from walk-in freezer.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and sanitize equipment after use.

2. Use handled scoop to remove product from bin. Scoop must be stored outside of the bin as dirty handles may come into contact with food
