Operator stated they may be moving back to this location for retail. Documents required for Food Store application to be sent by email.

Temperatures:
Front of House:
Chest freezer (Frigidaire, previously in back of house): -21.4°C

Back of House:
Walk-in cooler (Foster, nearest prep area): Not in use at time of inspection
Storing tools on one side and sealed, shelf stable food products on the other.

All equipment in sanitary condition. Blades for all slicers and grinders were noted to be clean
Operator stated equipment dismantled for thorough cleaning after each use

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

No pest activity observed at time of inspection.
