Observation: - During time of inspection, dishwasher was not reaching temp.
-Temperature measured fromm 60C - 70C.
- Staff on-site informed that dishwasher was turned on when Environmental Health Officer arrived for inspection
- No warewashing will take place until evening time (6pm).
- Service techician was called service will be done by 4pm.
Corrective Action(s): - ALL YOUR EQUIPMENT MUST BE IN GOOD WORKING ORDER
- HIGH TEMPERATURE DISHWASHER MUST BE AT LEAST 71C AT THE PLATE
- ENSURE STAFF UNDERSTAND HOW YOU USE THE DISHWASHER AND THAT
WASH TEMPERATURE : 60C, RINSE TEMPERATURE AT 82C
