There's grease accumulation under the fryer and grill. Corrective Action(s): Get the hood serviced. The service date sticker should be on the hood as proof. Clean under the fryer and grill. Violation Score: 3 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: 1) The tap base on the sink in the women's washroom has come off. Operator has informed the owner. 2) The caulking on the edge of the 2-compartments sink is moldy. Corrective Action(s): 1) Get the tap fixed. 2) Remove and replace with new caulking.
