Comments

General sanitation was satisfactory. Hand sink supplied with hot/cold running water, hand soap and paper towel. 3-compartment sink was in use for manual dishwashing. Sanitizer at dispenser and bucket measured 200 - 300ppm. Freezers <-18C. All coolers <4C. Dipper well was in use, scoops were stored properly. Food containers properly covered and off floor. Ice machine was in a sanitary condition. Yogurt in a stainless steel deep container submerged in ice measured 2.8C. No signs of pest activity observed during inspection.
