Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine solution.
- Dry storage area has adequate space. All boxes and food items must be stored min 6inches (15cm) off the floor to facilitate cleaning.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. The operator implements pest control system.
- FOODSAFE certified staff on duty.

Temperature control:
- All coolers = 4C
- Prep cooler (front) = 4C
- All freezers = -18C
- Beverage coolers = 4C. Do not store any ingredients (ie vegetables for food prep) in this designated beverage cooler.
