A follow-up inspection was completed: - High temperature dishwasher has been repaired and the rinse cycle temperature reached 171.9F (77.7C) as per max/min thermometer. A waterproof thermometer is on order, in order for staff to monitor the temperature themselves. - New wire racks have replaced the old one in the walk-in-cooler. The new racks are clean and absent of food debris. - The interior walls and machinery of the ice machine have been cleaned and sanitized. - All damaged lids, food containers, and equipment have been discarded and new ones purchased. - Protective, plastic cover has been peeled off of the lower shelf. - All violations have been corrected. Good work.
